Job Description
As the Client Audit Senior Manager, you will be responsible for full management responsibilities in an environment where the nature of work managed is more analytical and conceptual and you be able to manage people while doing diverse project work. Management responsibilities would include but not be limited to directly managing professional employees and/or supervisors, being held accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or practice area and developing departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

This role requires in-depth understanding of auditing concepts, theories and principles in own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplines and will apply a high level of understanding of the industry and how own discipline or practice area will contribute to the achievement of department objectives.

Additional responsibilities include:
-Manages a team of professional colleagues performing generally similar and diverse project work;adapts plans and priorities to meet client’s service needs and/or operational challenges.
-Leads the team to identify and resolve challenges by obtaining and analyzing information and determining the appropriate solutions
- Expert tracker and able to report out audit information quickly, accurately and at various level based on the audiences need.
-Impacts the quality of own team’s work and the department’s ability to meet objectives
-Guided by policies, resource requirements and budget
-Influences colleagues, customers or vendors

Required Qualifications
-Minimum of 5 years PBM Management experience
-Minimum of 5 years Auditing experience in a lead role

Preferred Qualifications
-Minimum of 10 years PBM client project management experience
-Med D regulatory or operational experience
-Internal or external audit experience
-Prior Sr. Manager experience perfered

BS/BA in related area or equivalent experience in lieu of degree
