Job Description The Technical Lead Java J2EE will provide leadership and direction in the all phases of the CVS Health Call Center GUI applications including design, development, and quality . In this role, you will be directly involved in long term vision of the application including handle time reduction, customer satisfaction and adding additional functionality . Will review and collaborate on high level application direction. You will lead a large enterprise call center enterprise UX development team. You will be involved with the design of upgrades/improvements, the design and inspect quality of applications, participate in resource allocation, assignment planning and take part in the implementation of new functionality and help to drive Angular JS as a cornerstone for future development.
The ideal candidate will have strong development skills, strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interface effectively with team members, as well as senior management.
This position can be located in Scottsdale, AZ or Buffalo Grove, IL.
Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience working within a large enterprise call center enterprise
development team including following experience.
Minimum of 3 years experience front end design and development of user
interface applications preferably with Angular JS.
Minimum of 3 years experience working with Enterprise Voice Application J2EE
Preferred Qualifications Large Scale call center environments experience preferred
Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science/Applications, Information Systems/closely relate technical
Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred
