As the ESX/Windows Administrator you are responsible for maintenance and production support activities. Your responsibilities will include configuration, maintenance, support, troubleshooting, issue remediation, system upgrades and integration of virtual centers and ESX hosts. Technologies that will be used will include VROPS, VUM, Zerto, HP-Apollo, Left hand storage, and Nutanix.
As part of the IT Department, you are part of a creative and bold initiative aimed at transforming health care and pharmacy incorporating new information technologies and channels. We are looking for someone that has drive and can work cohesively with their colleague
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
1. Troubleshooting, production turnover
2. Configuration checks
3. Planning maintenance, and reporting.
4. There are also a number of disaster recovery test that are performed each year that the team is involved in.
5. This position requires on call availability and will be set to a night (ET) schedule.
Required QualificationsREQUIRED SKILLS
1. 5+ years of experience with large corporate infrastructure utilizing VMware and VCP
1. Windows Administration
2. Ability to communicate effectively
3. Knowledge of VSAN
4. VMware patching strategiesEducation
Bachelor's degree of equivalent work experienceBusiness Overview
