Job Description
The Senior Manager role is a critical leadership position driving growth within CVS Pharmacy’s Retail Pharmacy Growth department. In this position, you would be responsible for delivering operational excellence, leading workflow integration and improvements for new retail pharmacy services.

In this position you will lead a team of direct reports and work with business partners across the enterprise to design, development, test and launch a new workflow system to support continued growth in the retail pharmacy setting, specifically multi-dose packaging. In this role, you will also provide leadership oversight of the Care 1-on-1 team. This portfolio will include leading those products already committed for deploy ment and leading the identification and testing of new service opportunities and process improvements.

Responsibilities will include: Provide leadership to a team to deliver better care for patients with complex medication regimens and their caregivers Engage with internal and external partners with an interest in the multi-dose packaging product and/or the Care 1-on-1 team Develop and enhance the go to market strategy and competitive differentiation for multi-dose packaging P&L and operational ownership of the multi-dose packaging pharmacy Lead the diagnosis, solution development, planning, execution and measurement of new products and services associated with multi-dose packaging and/or patients with complex medication regimens Lead the Care 1-on-1 strategy with a key role in optimizing and enhancing the support model and operations

Organized thought process to develop creative solutions to business challenges

Experience with the development, testing and execution of product offerings Demonstrate a real passion for developing high-performing teams

Demonstrate strong business insight and mature decision-making processes

Experience identifying connections between functional business units and factor them into decisions and plans

Excellent communication skills and executive presence

Ability to influence cross-functional and senior leadership


Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of demonstrated increasing responsibility roles in corporate or retail operational/ field environments

3+ years of demonstrated organizational skills (e.g. project management experience or managing cross-team/department initiatives with demonstrated success)

3+ years of leadership experience (direct report experience or equivalent experience without direct report)


Preferred Qualifications
MBA preferred
Healthcare experience is extremely advantageous


Education
BS in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy required.
