Job Description CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Manager responsible for developing and executing strategic communications plans for Shared Services in support of both business-specific and cross-enterprise initiatives.
This individual will advise and counsel clients on communications approach, key messages, channels and timing, working in conjunction with the Executive Advisor of Corporate Communications and in partnership with Corporate Communications peers. You will write and deliver high-impact content across a variety of channels including digital, social intranet, videos, email, print and face-to-face meetings such as town halls. You will help identify and evaluate new communications channels and options in order to stay current with industry and communications best practices.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
· Outstanding writing, storytelling and editing skills
· Ability to influence and impact executive leadership
· Knowledge of AP Style, Microsoft Office,including PowerPoint presentation development capabilities
Required Qualifications · Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and implementing communications plans for multiple clients in a fast paced corporate communications, public relations, agency or healthcare environment
· Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in writing and editing
· Minimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in storytelling across multiple channels, including PowerPoint presentation development capabilities
Preferred Qualifications · Ability to independently and effectively counsel clients
· Experience with change management initiatives and colleague engagement strategies
· Ability to juggle multiple, high-priority projects simultaneously and re-balance priorities as needed
Education Bachelor's degree required (concentration in English, Journalism or Communications highly preferred)
