Job Description
The Purchasing Admin is required to coordinate scheduling, planning, implementation, documentation, and follow-up
of all tasks required for Pharmacy Engineering team. Have necessary skills to communication with Engineering department representatives, and all internal and external customers. Support engineering goals and department’s business
initiatives. Establishes and Maintains vendor relationships. Creates blanket purchase orders, capital requisitions, and expense requisitions with SAP Ariba.


Other Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn quickly and take on newresponsibilities
- Coordinate internal/external meetings and conferences call
- Assist with the install and implement new Computerized MaintenanceManagement Systems (CMMS)
- Maintain inventory and create databases of Pharmacy equipment, spareparts, tools, etc., for upload into CMMS Print and bind manuals as required.
- Help maintain CMMS system Help manage and plan projects.
- Must have good prioritization skills with ability to work many differentprojects at the same time.
- Assist with maintain inventory of spare parts to support production suchthat a balance is achieved between ordering parts and parts in inventory.
- Experience setting up and maintaining min/max quantities that are used toassist in generating purchase orders.
- Physically receive and stock inventory in thewarehouse, as well as updating accounting system.
- Assist with conduct physical inventory/cycle counts on a rotating basis.
- Experience setting up and maintaining min/maxquantities that are used to assist in generating purchase orders.




Required Qualifications
- Creates blanket purchase orders, capital requisitions, and expense requisitions
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Polished professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with people at all organizational levels and able to adapt to diverse perspectives and styles
- Experience setting up and maintaining min/max quantities that are used to assist in generating purchase orders.


Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SAP Ariba Catalog and Buying modules.
- Must be well versed in Concur or other Travel & Expense software.
- Advanced skills in Outlook and other MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Polished professional with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities



Education
High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
