Would you like to join Fortune 7 CVSHealth leading our dynamic information technology team? The role of Analyst, IT operations is a member of the Retail Production Support Service team focused on supporting batch processing. This part of the job involves supporting ~11000 batch jobs in a team setting on a 24 x 7 basis. We’re looking for an individual who can adapt easily to the fast paced production environment. It is also vital for you to have a deep understanding of the available and emerging IT technologies, best practices and methodologies (ITIL).

Required Qualifications
- 1- 3+ years of experience working in a production support environment, including batch support, user support, and technical support of IT/Business procedures
- 1- 3+ years of demonstrated experience resolving complex business and application batch problems .
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in triaging the batch issues in Oracle and Unix Platform.
- Experience with knowledge management and writing technical documentation (maintaining application support documentation and analyzing processes/tickets for opportunity for automation

Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Unix
- 3+ years of experience writing SQL and in Database technologies(Oracle,Teradata)
- 3+ years of experience in ETL tools(Informatica)
- Experience in Java programming language.
- Experience in Batch scheduling tools(Control-m)
- Experience with project prioritization and task completion for multiple support tickets.
Experience in Healthcare Industry

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
