Job DescriptionThe Application Development Advisor is primarily responsible for designing and developing solutions to meet the customer’s expectations and specifications outlined in the requirements. In this role, you will be providing advanced technical expertise and mentoring to the programming team and the broader organization and provide input into designs and technology solutions to facilitate decision making, and mitigate development and implementation risks.
The ideal candidate will understand the system development life cycle; agile software project management approaches; and requirements, design, and test techniques. You will be asked to conceptualize and influence application and interface projects, and therefore must understand what advice to give and where to plug in to steer toward desirable outcomes in this role.
In addition, you should be either experienced or conversant in emerging ideas in application development both on the user interface and middle tier technologies. While not necessarily deep in all of these technologies, you must understand them sufficiently to guide the organization in understanding and possibly adopting them if appropriate. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years experience with the following:
-C# .NET/ ASP.NET / SQLServer 2008 and above
Experience in Preferred Qualifications-Ability to lead a team Should be able to guide and lead a team of highly skilled developers to meet the desired goal – be it new client implementation or product development.

-Ability to understand and respect the various capabilities within the team and use strengths based approach to leading the team.
-Ability to astutely operate in the organization and to emphasize methodology, modeling, and governance.
