Job Description As an Electronic Data Delivery Consultant you will be responsible for the implementation and ongoing support of Claims Experience Transmissions (CET Files) on behalf of our clients and their vendors.
The Consultant will have primary ownership of the administration of client and pharmacy claim data and ensuring the accuracy and prompt delivery of information to clients and vendors and is responsible for the timely and complete resolution of client and vendor issues and requests. This includes the monitoring of outbound files, resolution of errors and the creation of ongoing and ad hoc files.
Required Qualifications - 2+ years of professional work experience required. Experience coming specifically from a pharmacy setting or healthcare strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of MS Office experience.
Preferred Qualifications- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ability to perform research and analysis
- Familiarity with RxClaim adjudication platform or AS400 system knowledge
- Experience with electronic data generation
- General understanding of pharmacy claims processing
- Background experience in pharmacy is desired- Firm understanding of data collection, organization and data management systems
- Strong quality awareness and firm understanding of process flow evaluation
- Ability to make wise, independent decisions
- Ability to set and communicate work priorities
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to negotiate successful solutions
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.
