Job Description As a Pharmacy Technician – Member Services, you will be responsiblefor being the initial point of contact for Customer Care and plan participantsbefore the required pharmacist involvement for general questions that areclinical based. The Pharmacy Technician is essential to ensuring all patient’squestions are answered in a timely manner. The Pharmacy Technician position isresponsible for answering request in a timely manner as well as keeping properdetailed records regarding any participant/prescriber interaction.
