Job Description
Provide technical support for CVS Health Clinical Services This includes supporting applications for the EPIC electronic medical record system, clinical integration and related systems. Assist as needed with miscellaneous projects and requests related to the EPIC Center of Excellence portfolio.



Required Qualifications
-5+ years experience supporting production applications in a large enterprise environment


Preferred Qualifications
-Proficient with Linux Desktop Operating Systems( Ubuntu)
-EPIC Security certification
-Experience with Citrix XenApp and VMware Horizon View
-Experience supporting healthcare related applications
-Experience interacting with senior level management and business users
-Exposure to different software development life-cycle methodologies
-Experience with the ITIL process
-Basic SQL knowledge
-Self starter with ability to operate with little direct oversight -Ability to become an expert in new applications in a relatively short time frame -Good interpersonal skills – you will be communicating regularly with internal and external employees of various computer skill levels, helping them resolve a wide variety of technical issues -Proficient with Windows Desktop Operating systems -Familiarity with HP Service Manager or other help desk ticketing software
-College degree in Information Systems or related area
