Front Store Merchandising is the unit that defines the strategic direction andcommercial programs that go into the CVS Health Front Store. As the Strategy Lead - Beauty Service, you will be responsible for leading thedevelopment, execution and P&L impact of our Beauty Service program acrossthe nation. You will craft the customer experience for our multi-billion dollarBeauty business. You will report to the Director of Beauty Experience &Services and lead a team of Project Managers.

You will be responsible for:

• Working very closely with senior leadership, category managers, brandpartners, and key cross-functional partners to build, align on and execute athree-year customer vision for Beauty Services

• Oversee the current Beauty Service program, which involves close partnershipwith our field leaders to achieve joint performance goals, and you will alsolead the identification, development and execution of new service opportunitiesto fulfill the customer vision

• Spearhead the complex, cross-functional execution of the customer vision andpriorities for Beauty Services, including the overall operational plan withperformance measures to ensure excellence in execution and business case toachieve budgeted sales, margin, and market share goals

• Build and develop a high performing team, providing timely and constructivefeedback which place colleagues on a path to success while meeting overallbusiness objectives

This position operates within the Merchandising department and will collaboratewith a broad range of functions, including Store Operations, CategoryManagement, Store Brands, Front Store Strategy, external brand partners Inventory,Store Design, Marketing/PR, Finance, and Human Resources.


Required Qualifications
∙ 3+ years of experience in retail or consumer packaged goods with P & L experience

∙ Prior project management experience and attention to detail to support excellence in execution

∙ Willingness to travel 10-25%



Preferred Qualifications
-5+ years of experience in retail or consumer packaged goods

∙ Proven leadership and experience in achieving sales, margin, and market share targets to meet financial targets

∙ Cross-functional experience to support close collaboration with internal and external partners

∙ Customer-service led mindset and orientation to support trouble shooting

∙ Strong analytical skills to support analysis and performance tracking with P & L management

∙ Strong communication (written and oral) and presentation skills

∙ Appreciation for beauty, including what excites the customers and brand partners to engage


Education
Bachelors Degree; MBA preferred
