As the Director of Product Network Innovation, you will lead a team ofproduct owners working to develop new network products to addressunderpenetrated areas of the market. This team will be responsible for the strategy, design, implementation andbusiness results of new network products.
This team will be responsiblefor the strategy, design, implementation and business results of new networkproducts. These new products will leverage network designs as well asconnecting new pharmacy capabilities and offerings to network products to driveadoption and bring savings and benefits to our clients and members.
You will own and develop theoverall strategic roadmap for improvement opportunities to drive new productsand innovations.
You will establish a standard, consistent framework and approach through whichall ideas and opportunities are evaluated.
Your primary roles and responsibilities will include:

Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in product, marketing or strategy consulting within a client services client-focused
Put in place an option that allows for rapid mobilization (< 2 weeks) tomove from ideation to problem solving phase
Minimum of 3 years experience leading teams with direct and indirect reports
Demonstrated capability to deliver work and provide positive leadership in fast-paced, multi-project
Flexible and can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively Preferred Qualifications Strong problem structuring and
solving skills – including data structuring, quantitative reasoning, and
Exceptional interpersonal and
stakeholder management skills able to collaborate with internal customers at
