Senior Coordinator, Retention

The SR Coordinator, Retention is responsible for supporting Account Management users from a data perspective, auditing and monitoring the data accuracy of CRM technology. This role ensures data quality and integrity in support of CRM policies, procedures and processes, along with the forecasting process. Facilitates the analysis of customer data to support and improve customer retention strategies and tactics.

• You will perform quality assurance and routine audits on CRM data to ensure accuracy and reliability of forecast reporting
• Provide CRM training and support to end users to facilitate understanding and interpretation of reports, dashboards and scorecards
• Monitors, develops, and evaluates the quality of research data integrity issues with CRM data
• Performs root cause analysis of scorecard data to identify customer satisfaction improvement opportunities
• Builds and develops Ad Hoc Reports as necessary from company operating systems
• Monitor and update Omnicare Systems as changes are communicated to ensure accurate reporting
• Manage customer onboarding process to ensure data integrity
• Provides information to assist with the feedback and serve as a liaison to field employees for data related projects
• Support and development of Executive Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews for the Account Management Department

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience working in a customer supporting role with exposure to the credibility of data integrity and quality

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel (V Look Up, IF Statements, and Pivot Tables) and database management
• Four year degree in a business related field

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
