Overview : As a Revenue Qualification Representative in our LTC Pharmacy Billing Department, you will be responsible for providing daily operational support for an assigned Revenue Cycle team to meet performance goals and enhance process efficiencies. You will be a part of a team of RQ representatives that are focused on achieving operational efficiencies & ensuring compliance with established laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
-Research payer and census information with our clients to help guide and ensure accurate invoicing.
-Support our billing processes for facility and private pay customers in OmniDX or Oasis.
-Suggest changes to department policies and procedures as appropriate Drive for productivity goals, push for daily progress and achievement, and recommend measures for improvement.
-Learn all billing systems and accurately respond to questions regarding client invoicing and adjustments while ensuring compliance.
-Support collection and reimbursement strategies and initiatives to improve operations and results.
-Engage in training for new employees and provide ongoing training as needed
-Complete semi-annual & annual performance assessment and provide timely feedback to mgmt
Required Qualifications
1+ Years of experience in the below qualifications:
Pharmacy and/or billing experience.
Experience using Microsoft Office Suites.
Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry and/or Medical Billing experience.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience working in an office/business setting.
Prescription third party claims management experience.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
