We have an exciting career opportunity as a Clinical Support Representative in our Phoenix Call Center to help people on their path to better health. In our Call Center, you will be providing customer service to patients and supporting clinicians and caregivers to help enhance patient experiences and outcomes.

As a Clinical Support Representative, you will handle a high volume of complex clinical based inbound calls from physicians and healthcare providers in support of our Prior Authorization Department. In addition to handling inbound calls, you are responsible for faxes to and from medical offices and will be the important first-line of contact with our customers. You will set the tone for how our company provides support services. This is a fast-paced position that requires attention to detail and multi-tasking. Our Clinical Support Representatives continuously evaluate and drive process improvements that positively impact our client experiences and align to the goals and objectives of the organization.

Additional responsibilities:
- Ensure questions and issues are resolved promptly and accurately
- Assist with gathering information, assessing and fulfilling our callers’ needs, and providing education along the way
- Contribute to the achievement of our service level goals
- Collaborate with internal and external business partners to provide solutions
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed and attend a 3 week training (Training hours are 6am-2:30pm local time)

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service
- 6+ months working with Microsoft Office Suite


Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months experience in pharmaceutical or health related field
- Call center experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a collaborative setting
- Excellent customer service skills, courteous telephone etiquette, patient, professionalism
- Strong time management, organizational and analytical skills


Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
