Job Description
The Director of Digital Product will work to set the direction and
drive the investments to realize our growth goals. Additionally, this individual will represent
the team’s vision with all business partners throughout CVSHealth to align with
enterprise initiatives, define a plan, and lead the execution of projects and
products across all digital platforms (mobile, portal, and messaging) that will
bring the CVS/caremark digital member experience to life, delivering significant
health and business results in the process.


Required Qualifications
Minimum
10+ years of experience in roles requiring strong communication and
interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct
executive-level presentations showcasing the ability to link product design and
technical features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to
substantiate assumptions and recommendations.


Preferred Qualifications
· Develop
strategic frameworks and recommendations to address key priorities for our members, clients and
the CVS/caremark organization
o Source
the research and data required to inform strategy development
o Lead
the interpretation of data from multiple sources with the ability synthesize primary
and secondary, and qualitative and quantitative information
o Make
use of resources within and outside digital to support analysis and socialize hypothesis
o Identify
both client and member trends, uncover opportunities and communicate complex
information to varying levels of stakeholders and team members
· Deliver
the business cases and corresponding capital procurement plans to pursue a bold
CVS/caremark digital agenda
o Lead
the analytics plan and our business partners to validate CVS/caremark programs
and their business justification
o Champion
the Digital agenda and its impact to senior leadership and our business
partners and clients
· Translate
strategy into a digital product roadmap with tangible KPI performance
o Work
with the CVS/caremark digital product management team to create a 12-18 month
roadmap
o Engage
the product team to ensure they are maintaining the integrity of the strategy
o Challenge
to team to focus on meaningful metrics that show the true impact to our members
and ROI on the digital investment
· Be
the face of CVS/caremark digital department
o Identify
how Digital can become a valued partner to all parts of the CVS/caremark
business
o Ask
questions and challenges assumptions to understand the fundamentals of the CVS/caremark
business
o Have an
informed opinion on business priorities and applies a digital lens to solutions
and member engagement opportunities
o Strong
verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging
and influencing senior executives and clients
· Be a
leader to your direct team and the broader digital enterprise
o Coach
and manage product team members
o Identify
talent gives opportunity to grow and learn as part of your project team
· Own multiple
projects and initiatives
o Focus
on important work and results by prioritizing your work and the work of those around
you accoridingly

Education
Bachelor Degree Required
Masters Degree Preferred
