Job Description
This Training Consultant role will allow the individual to directly affect the training and development of hundreds of employees who support CVS Health in the Infusion space. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to create materials that will be effective to new employees. This role will require strong leadership experience or prior experience in a mentor or training oriented role. Duties may include, but are not limited to researching, developing, organizing and conducting training for all departments.

Required Qualifications
-2+ years of industry related training experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Infusion-specific Revenue Cycle operations experience preferred
- Prior experience in several functions within healthcare Revenue Cycle, including Patient Access and PFS (Patient Financial Services)
- Clear understanding of the impact training and education has on Revenue Cycle operations and financial performance

- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior mentoring or leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, HCN, Mediware, ePremis, CK2000, Revenue Recover

Required: GED or High School Diploma; Strongly Preferred: Associate's Degree or higher
