Job DescriptionExciting opportunity to be a Supervisor for our Pharmacy Technician Team in a growing and rewarding Specialty Pharmacy. The supervisor is responsible for the direct daily supervision of the Technician Team and their overall performance with prescription management, quality, and compliance. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with professionals throughout the entire CVS specialty team, mold talented teammates, and positively impact countless patient lives.
Critical responsibilities include: participation in the hiring process, guidance and direction to staff, schedule preparation, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, staff training, mentoring, performance evaluation, problem solving, data gathering, and report preparation.

Kansas Pharmacy Technician Registration. Two years pharmacy experience and an in-depth knowledge of pharmacy. Supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
Five or more years of pharmacy experience.EducationVerifiable high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's Degree in business or related major.
National Pharmacy Technician Certified
2+ years supervisory, management, or leadership experience.
Must be flexible and enjoy working in a fast pace, team oriented environment
Positive, upbeat attitude with passionate about helping improve the lives of others.
