Directly, and through our subsidiaries, Omnicare provides a broad array of pharmacy-related services to long term care facilities and to other customers in the health care environment. While senior care has long been an Omnicare specialty, we also serve other targeted populations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

Job Summary: Performs maintenance administrative duties such as purchase order generation and tracking, spare parts inventory,maintenance supply replenishment, work order tracking and documentation maintenance. Create Auto Cad drawings, assist in project training, CCR processing/tracking, and data entry as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates, tracks, and ensures receipt of maintenance related purchase orders.
  • Performs spare parts inventory management and replenishment.
  • Performs maintenance supply inventory management and replenishment.
  • Creates, tracks, and ensures appropriate work order documentation.
  • Create or modify Auto-Cad drawings for tooling, equipment, or facilities, as assigned.
  • Create and track maintenance related change controls (CCRs), as assigned.
  • Assist in maintenance department project racking, as assigned.
  • Perform data entry functions, as assigned.
  • Source maintenance department needs, as assigned.
  • General administrative assistance to Maintenance Manager.
  • Follow all cGMPs, SOP's, policies, and procedures.
  • Regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
  • Follow all applicable government regulations including HIPAA, FDA, OSHA, and EPA.
  • Display behavior which exemplifies employee code of conduct guidelines and Omnicare Core Values.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ year of experience in inventory management
  • Working knowledge in inventory management

Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical course work in Industrial Maintenance or related field.
  • Administrative skills.
  • MS Office application proficiency.
  • Ability to use knowledge, experience, and expertise to make good judgments and solve problems as an individual and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize activities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
  • Project Management experience.
  • AutoCAD proficiency.
