Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Implementations Analyst to join the collaborative and dynamic team at CVS Health. In this role, you will be representing the Integrated Accumulations Department at CVS when working with medical partners and vendors. When there are transaction errors, you are responsible for resolving those errors either internally or with the help of the medical partner timely and efficiently. In addition, you will correct system issues by using the department’ standard processes and tools. Your responsibilities include: - Meeting operational metrics and providing results to department leadership for your book of business - Account management responsibility for day-to-day support activities, handling resolution of complex issues, and driving creative solutions - You will work with cross-functional Implementation teams to setup and configure the sharing of transactions within your project plan timeline - You will implement service for new clients and/or new medical partners - Effectively communicate with medical integrators as well as IT resources Manage varying prioritiesRequired Qualifications- 2+ years of experience in account management, project management, client services, client implementations, or related
- 2+ years in working with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Visio, Project, etc.Preferred Qualifications- 2+ years’ operating in a highly complex, matrix, and fast dynamic environment - Experience with healthcare, PBM, or integrated accumulations - Ability to build a strong partnership with the assigned external Medical Partners - You have work directly with internal partners at all levels (e.g., benefits, testing, account management, etc.) - Support organizational change and look for opportunities for process improvement - Excellent analytical and strategic decision-making, and experience applying these skills to resolve business and process issues - Expert collaboration and partnership capabilities - You are able to build trust and relationships up, down, and outside the organization - Ability to adhere to the highest ethical standards including honesty, integrity, dedication, and leadershipEducationHigh School Diploma or GED required
