Job Description
CVS/specialty, a mail service pharmacy in the Monroeville Area, has an opportunity for a full time Vendor Billing Specialist. Vendor Billing Specialists are responsible for ensuring timely, reliable, and accurate inventory reconciliation between CVS/specialty and its vendors. They are a point of contact for vendors and other departments, answering questions, and resolving problems related to patient accounts. Strong analytical and organizational skills are also needed for interpreting and elaborating on reports.

Responsibilities Include:

- Balance weekly remittances
- Use of Excel to reconcile accounts, tasks such as Data sorting and filtering Copy/paste large data volumes into established templates Deleting data Moving files between folders and renaming files V-Lookup

- Reconcile inventory
- Validate and analyze data
- Review and respond to questions regarding open or closed balances
- Ensure process of referrals and returns flows as designed
- Identify outliers


Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in Account Reconciliation work
- 1+ years’ experience working with Microsoft Office, emphasis on Excel



Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working with vendors
- Prior experience working with collection agencies
- Prior experience working with insurance claim follow up
- Prior experience Data sorting and filtering
- Prior experience with Copy/paste large data volumes into established templates
- Prior experience deleting data
- Prior experience moving files between folders and renaming files
- Prior experience with V- lookup
- Proven Analytical skills
- Customer Service skills



Education
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED is required
