Job Description The inventory control clerk is responsible for resolving any issues with the distribution center inventoryfrom Order selection and replenishment at multiple building locations.
Required Qualifications ·
to read, write, and count accurately.
written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly,
concisely, and professionally.
ability to maintain confidentiality.
of basic mathematics (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
have a working knowledge of Warehouse Management System and Corporate CICS.
be willing to learn any Rolling Equipment necessary for job.
to travel to between multiple locations as required.
and reliable attendance.
the “Root Cause Analysis” form when making inventory adjustments surpassing the
maximum amount of pieces or dollars.
a physical inventory of merchandise for “Quality Hold” as requested by the CVS
Quality Control Lab or the Purchasing Department.
other physical inventories as requested.
cycle counts as required and communicate inventory discrepancies.
overtime required, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that all
stores are serviced according to daily schedule.
other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK
position has a lifting requirement of over 100 lbs for 0% to 33% of the time and
frequently 35 lbs for 34% to 66% of the time.
Other physical activities include bending/reaching/stooping 0% to 33% of
the time and walking/standing/climbing 34% to 66% of the time.
Warehouse environment, which includes seasonal temperature changes, rolling
equipment, and conveyors. Also possible
use of equipment that can reach a height of 30 feet.
