Position Summary:
As Digital Senior Product Manager within our Digital Pharmacy team, you will focus on Digital Adoption and Utilization initiatives and work closely with colleagues across the Digital and Front Store organizations to address customer needs and support business unit and Digital Adoption program priorities. Your scope of responsibilities will include high business value projects that require a strong understanding of digital capabilities and insight into the retail customer.

Required Qualifications:
*8-10+ years of experience in Product Management with a minimum of 3-5 years in Digital Product Management

*8-10+ years of experience partnering with multiple groups (IT, Marketing) to define and execute on a roadmap

*8-10+ years of experience in roles requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills & the creation and delivery of succinct executive-level presentations.

*5+ years of experience in team building and leadership involving direct, indirect, and non reports with proven ability to work in a matrix team environment and demonstrate thought leadership and ability to influence where no direct line of control exists

*8-10+ years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations

*8-10+ years of experience in roles which require initiative to drive projects, tenacity to delivery results in a complex environment, and the ability to manage across many projects

*Define and continually advance the product roadmap and supporting metrics as to set direction and drive step-change digital adoption and ultilization of Digital Pharmacy experiences with focus on highest value business outcomes and customer experience

*Identify information necessary to make business priority decisions within the product category

*Conduct customer, product, and competitive research and analysis to determine most effective way to drive awareness, adoption and long-term engagement of Digital experiences among the Retail Pharmacy Colleague Populations

*Drive the scoping for new digital product concepts including business case, supporting metrics and measurement plan, business requirements, product specifications and prototyping

*Continually optimize existing products and customer experiences to deliver expected results

*Lead and continually optimize the experience design for digital pharmacy engagement, including use of Retail-centric tools (Point of sale) and digital resources to enhance colleague and customer-driven adoption of digital pharmacy experiences

*Drive cross-functional collaboration with constituents inside and outside Digital in the planning and implementation process (e.g. Field Operations, Training, Change Management, Product Management), including alignment of objectives, success metrics and key strategies and tactics leveraging all available touch points

*Ensure appropriate product testing prior to launch

*Oversee execution of plan, partnering with Pharmacy Operations, Training and Change Management to ensure flawless execution and a seamless customer and colleague experience.

*Possess a thorough understanding of the P&L, with keen ability to tie digital engagement to budgeted outcomes to achieve financial objectives for Retail Pharmacy

*Proactively identify risks and contingency plans for meeting financial objectives

Preferred Qualifications:
*Healthcare or Retail experience.

*Bachelors degree required

*MBA preferred
