This Administrative Assistant / Office Manager is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Vice President, Head of PBM Digital and team. In addition, this individual will serve as the office manager and “chief culture and community coordinator” for
CVS Health's Digital Innovation Lab in Boston.

Responsibilities will be fairly fluid in nature depending on the priority initiatives for the team, but primary areas of focus will include, among others:
• Scheduling and coordinating group meetings, individual appointments, and travel
• Coordinating the efficient operation of the Boston office, including but not limited to new hire orientation, event scheduling, catering, outside visitor registration, conference room management, ordering supplies, office organization, and performing all other relevant duties for management
• Taking an active role/taking the lead in creating an environment where teamwork, inspiration and high energy are key
• Helping to manage project plans and budgets
• On-boarding new employees
• Developing summary reports and presentations as needed
• Assuring that all requests and projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner
Performing other duties as assigned With the level of activity and fast paced nature of this team, a flexible working style and ability to balance priorities and communicate effectively are critical.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of professional experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must be able to prioritize multiple requests and manage competing priorities

  • Proven self-starter and problem-solver with a high attention to detail

  • Must be proactive and exhibit a calm, pleasant, and professional demeanor

  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills

  • Superior verbal and written communication skills

  • Must establish a wide range of productive working relationships across the organization

  • Advanced analytical and project management skills

  • Enthusiasm for digital technology and dynamic and innovative working environments

• Bachelors Degree preferred
