As an Advisor, User Experience Strategy & Design - Pharmacy at CVS Health, you will be part of a growing team of digital innovators and user experience professionals that want to make an impact and help people manage their health by designing experiences that meet user goals and exceed expectations. Your empathy for people—customers, patients, caregivers—informs your decisions; your capacity for critical thinking makes you the ultimate problem solver; your creativity, and desire to deliver great user experiences leads you to new and innovative approaches.

As part of the user experience team you will possess a deep understanding of large-scale mobile first and responsive web initiatives, user-centered design, usability, information design, interaction design, and goal-oriented design. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to prioritize and track multiple projects under tight deadlines.

This role supports one or more of the following businesses : CVS Pharmacy ® , CVS Caremark ® , CVS Specialty™, MinuteClinic ® , Omnicare ® .


Responsibilities of the UX Advisor include: ‒
* Collaborate with UX Senior Manager and product, business and technology partners to ensure shared understanding of
business and user goals
*Conceptualize, design and define breakthrough user experiences, drawing inspiration from research, user goals, and the world around you with guidance from the UX Senior Manager
*Partner with research, optimization, accessibility, and analytics colleagues when appropriate to inform and validate
design decisions with guidance from the UX Senior Manager
*Gain stakeholder support for designs by clearly communicating design vision and rationale
*Work with project managers to ensure deliverables happen on time and on budget.
*Collaborate with other UX designers to ensure consistency across business portfolios.
*Collaborate with UX Senior Managers, and director on strategy roadmaps.


Required Qualifications:
*Minimum of five years experience in UX Design and Strategy
*Ability to collaborate with designers, strategists, managers, and technologists
*Ability to conceptualize, design and deliver top-notch experiences
*Ability to communicate user needs and demonstrate how proposed designs solve those to internal team and other
stakeholders.
*Ability to dive into projects at any level of definition with creativity and drive
*Strong grasp on full user experience design process and ability to contribute at any level
*Hands on experience with wire framing and prototyping tools


Preferred Qualifications:
*Experience designing products in the healthcare space a plus
*No coding is required for this position, but its useful to have a good grasp of HTML and CSS so that you can better communicate your designs to the UX front-end development team.


Education:
*Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s degree a plus
