The Digital Leadership Program offers a two-year training opportunity for passionate, driven people who want to join a high energy and growing team to make a difference in customers’ lives and who want to be on the ground floor of digital innovation that aims to reinvent what a pharmacy and a health care company can be. Associate Product Managers will have responsibilities ranging from strategy and planning to operations and delivery and get exposure to different functional groups through several rotations.

Program Highlights:

- Full-time, two-year program in which participants will get exposure to key functional areas within Digital and digital product management from ideation through execution.
- Dedicated training (in person, virtual), mentoring, and exposure to senior leadership.
- Program participants will be in the pipeline for future leadership opportunities across CVS Digital

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis and research to support:
o New technology capabilities and enablers including: market and vendor analyses, potential use cases and business value, technical feasibility and potential solutions, cost and timeline to implement, etc.
o Business cases and forecast value of potential new products .
- User journeys and user experiences.
- Support definition of business and functional product requirements.
- Engage with IT teams in an iterative manner to continually develop, test, and refine a prototype.
- Collaborate with a wide range of external and internal stakeholders to execute and deliver new products to market.
- Support management of multiple projects and status updates.
- Summarize key research/analysis findings or project updates and present to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of work experience in product management, consulting, and/or research.
- 6+ months experience in quantitative and qualitative research.
- Ability to begin program by late June 2017 and commitment to 2-year program.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technology savvy with an eye for continually improving customer experience.
- Digital experience within a healthcare/retail environment.
- Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, A/B testing, analytics tagging and tools, agile/scrum.
- Commitment to and passion for a career in digital, retail and / or healthcare.
- Strong analytical and technical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized, entrepreneurial and able to prioritize among multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Strong project management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships across diverse teams.
- Process and execution oriented with a strong interest in accelerating ideas from conception to market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Required - Bachelor Degree
Preferred - Masters Degree
