Position Summary:

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for strategy, planning, and operations within the digital Rx Adoption and Authentications product management portfolio. Your objective is to drive a culture of quality, continuous product optimization and innovation, and delivering value for customers and business. Our Associate Product Manager partners with business unit partners throughout the development cycle including coordination and execution of regular testing cycles. You will translate high level strategies and vision into actionable recommendations to business partners and leadership. Additionally, you will be responsible for ongoing monitoring and analysis of customer feedback and product usage data for prompt issue and opportunity identification and resultant action plan definition and implementation.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Advocate for excellence in delivery of key portfolio initiatives and capabilities/enablers.
- Help lead compliance, security, privacy and overall integrity for Rx Adoption and Authentications Products.-- Provide business validation and support to technical teams during the release windows.
- Make recommendations and decisions based on existing usage metrics and overall business value and impact. (Champion an MVP and roadmap-based approach to ensure that incremental opportunities for driving business value are accelerated).
-Develop and present business cases for new features and experiences.
- Partner with leadership and planning teams to manage budget and capacity expectations.


Required Qualifications:
- 3 + years’ digital product management experience, with at least some focus specifically on mobile products.
- 2 + years of full product life cycle experience, from idea to implementation to public release and experience with building and deploying mobile technologies.
-1+ years’ experience demonstrating strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.


Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with agile product delivery methodology.
- Experience with both Android and iOS.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.




Education:
Bachelor's Degree required
