The Digital Optimization Coordinator will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Health through the management of test ideation, set-up, and measurement required to maximize learning. This individual is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of our A/B and MVT testing strategies. This is a critical role in shaping and improving the digital experience. This individual will monitor performance, and provide guidance of the prioritization test plan through data-driven recommendations on all aspects of our digital engagement strategy.This role will involve onsite optimization, site experience development and evaluating tools/applications to drive an enhanced digital customer centric experience.

Day-to-Day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Program Management:

- Partner with business owners, product managers and other stakeholders to define creative requirements and schedule
- Support development projects related to integration of site optimization capabilities across CVS Health organization
- Lead discovery efforts for testing opportunities within new digital programs.
- Monitor test results and increase exposure as needed; collaborate with product managers to transition winning tests to the production environment.
- Review test requirements and create test shells in Monetate.

Report and Testing Tool Management:

- Maintain data integrity; audit campaigns and custom events within the testing platform.
- Develop and manage status reports for internal and external communications using Tableau.
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to provide insights and propose new testing scenarios.
- Partner with the vendor to implement custom analytics tracking as needed.
- Identify test setup/tracking issues and assist with troubleshooting.
- Manage the integration of third party data and customer tracking tools, e.g. Foresee.

Required Qualifications:
-2 or more years experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
-2 or more years experience with Web testing platforms, such as Monetate, Adobe Target, Optimizely
-2 or more years managing complex projects, changing priorities and deadlines
-2 or more years experience using Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics or other analytics reporting platform

Preferred Qualifications:
-Digital experience within a Healthcare organization
-Proficient in using Excel and building reports in Tableau
-Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects and complex processes
-Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences
-Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
-Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, regular expressions a plus

Bachelor degree required, Master's degree preferred
