The Manager – Site Optimization will be responsible for accelerating the pace of digital innovation at CVS Health with high-impact actionable tests. This individual is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of our A/B and MVT testing strategies. This is a critical role in shaping and improving the digital experience. This individual will monitor performance, construct tests to optimize the channels and provide advice and data-driven recommendations on all aspects of our digital engagement strategy. This role will involve onsite optimization, site experience development and evaluating tools/applications to drive an enhanced digital customer centric experience.

Site testing development, and day to day management:
-As the analytic champion of the Optimization team, partner with business owners to generate high-impact, data-driven test hypotheses, develop test plans, and build requirements.
-Manage multi-variate (MVT) and A/B testing program for CVS Health’s web and mobile sites.
-Collaborate with cross functional partners to determine optimal test set up, design, and measurement required to maximize learning.
-Provide guidance of the prioritization of the test plan bysizing up the business value of the opportunities.

Reporting and Analytics
-Monitor and report on the performance of A/B and MVT tests.
-Present results, key takeaways, and recommendations to business partners.
-Leverage data to provide insights and propose new testing scenarios.
-Implement custom analytics tracking as needed.

Creative Direction
-Partner with business owners, product managers and other stakeholders to define creative requirements and schedule.
Testing Development Work & Vendor Management
-Support development projects related to integration of site optimization capabilities across CVS Health organization
-Research and recommend testing tools.

Required Qualifications:
-2 or more years experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies
-2 or more years experience with Web testing platforms, such as Monetate, Adobe Target, Optimizely
-2 or more years experience using Adobe Analytics, Webtrends, Google Analytics or other reporting platform

Preferred Qualifications:
-Digital experience within a Healthcare organization
-Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while managing multiple projects and complex processes
-Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to a wide range of audiences
-Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, regular expressions a plus

Bachelor degree required, Master's degree preferred
