As a vital member of the Digital Strategy and Innovation team, this individual will help to develop the long-term digital innovation strategy for priority areas across the enterprise, including the Retail, PBM, MinuteClinic, and Specialty business units. This is a unique role that will marry business and strategic rigor with an innovator’s creativity. This role will be part of an important opportunity to influence the 3-5 year strategic vision in the most important growth areas of the business through the lens of digital innovation.

This role requires a strong and resourceful researcher, quick study, flexible thinker and an outstanding communicator who is comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing different personalities and perspectives. In addition, this person will need to have a strong business instinct, track record for delivering results and the ability to help structure large amounts of information around complex and far reaching digital strategic topics in healthcare and retail.
This person must be an entrepreneurial, high-energy, intellectually curious individual who can thrive in a high demand, performance-driven environment.


Required Qualifications:
*Minimum 2 years experience in management strategy consulting
*1 or more years analytics and, or business case building experience.




Preferred Qualifications:
*Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments Superior interpersonal skills and
proven ability to build strong relationships cross-functionally
*Collaborative approach in proposing recommendations Work closely with business partners to obtain buy in and assist the business in implementing proposed changes
*Understanding new concept generation process·

*Understanding insight generation process
*Ability to manage multiple complex projects Ability to logically structure analytical approaches to complex problems to drive design choices (including advanced skills with Excel and PowerPoint skills) Ability to manage multiple competing
priorities in a fast-paced team environment and still produce a high quality work product. Can make appropriate trade-offs needed to drive long-term strategies while still delivering on near-term objectives. Excellent written and oral communication skills Workshop and brainstorming facilitation skills


Education:
*Bachelor Degree Required
