Position Summary:
The Manager of Digital Merchandising will support execution and development of an omnichannel merchandising strategy that supercharges a high growth channel. As an extension of the front store team, this individual will execute and define strategies that create multi channel customer behavior, drive higher share of wallet and higher lifetime value.

Specific responsibilities include:
• Lead strategy for key digital merchandising initiatives
• Manage weekly digital circular experience and elevate experience to increase customer engagement
• Analyze and optimize omnichannel prices across categories in partnership with Pricing team
• Lead CVS auto-replenishment business development including promotion and product innovation
• Develop promotional strategies across key customer segments that drive increased conversion and maximum profitability
• Partner with analytics and optimization teams to synthesize complex web data, product performance and voice of customer data to form actionable insights to accelerate growth

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail merchandising or analytical corporate role.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional team members internally, as well as external partners (i.e. vendors and suppliers).

• At least 3 or more years of successfully managing/owning new business development in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in at a leading technology company or strategy consulting firm a plus

• Entrepreneurial, out-of-the-box thinker who is intellectually curious with a strong work ethic

• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, be decisive under ambiguity, and meet tight deadlines

• Bachelor’s degree (required) preferably in business, economics or similar quantitative fields

• MBA (preferred)
