POSITION SUMMARY:

The Senior Manager will be responsible for smooth and successful rollout for new digital pharmacy products and features. This role will partner with key stakeholders and the digital product management teams to proactively identify the need for go-to-market support and work with a cross-functional team to define all aspects of the go-to-market strategy.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for:
*Drive go-to-market strategy for digital pharmacy to optimally support and significantly enhance digital product usage and adoption. Define go to market plan, roadmap and key milestones, including business outcomes (objectives, goals and KPIs)
*Drive, own and execute the go to market plan, from pilot to full scale rollout in the marketplace
*Partner closely with pharmacy and store operations to support field training and develop related materials and communications
*Work closely with marketing to prepare marketing plan and campaign materials for new product launchs
*Work with analytics team to define, monitor and interpret key metrics to validate initiative success
*Leverage customer insights to work with product managers and refine the product features and positioning
*Continuous monitoring of product deployments to ensure product continues to successfully evolve and deliver on business objectives


Required Qualifications:
*5 or more years of experience in Digital Product Management and Strategy

*3 or more years of experience in partnering with multiple groups (IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define and execute on a roadmap

*5 or more years of experience in roles requiring strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives

*3 or more years of experience in roles requiring strong ability to drive collaborative discussions and decisions with key stakeholders, and demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally

*Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources including primary and secondary, qualitative and quantitative

*Asks the right questions and challenges assumptions to understand the fundamentals of any situation

*Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline driven work environment, attention to detail

*Able to organize information and create frameworks to identify trends and communicate complex information in a simple way

*Can understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners

*Ability to be decisive and come to the table with a point of view

*Can manage multiple projects and work streams independently

*Master at Excel and PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications:
*Digital experience in a healthcare organization
