For Incident Management, you will:

-
Work ticket queues and provide initial triagefor issues, raising awareness of problems when appropriate.
- Provide weekly reports of status updates and newissues.
- Host weekly meetings with business partners toreview the status of issues and prioritize any new issues.

-
Organize Akamaiconfiguration changes and push them through the standard IT process.
- Provide 24/7 on-call support.

Concerning OperationalReadiness, you will:

-
Collaborate with business to ensure items aretested and signed off as working as designed in lower environments.
- Collect business stakeholder's information.
- Provide communication throughout the deploymenton what items are going live, their statuses and any issues that may have comeup


For Monitoring & Alerting, youwill:

-
Work with IT partners to set up monitoring oncritical services.
- Set up alerting on customer facing errors.


Required Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience working in a Site Operations, Digital Product Management or Digital IT role in a variety of channels (desktop, mobile, etc.)
- 6+ months of project management.

- 6+ months of working knowledge of tools like BCC/Endeca, CMS applications, Digital Anaytics tools like Google Analytics/WebTrends, Big Data tools like Splunk


Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong approach to problem solving; history of
multi-tasking across several important and time-sensitive tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a variety of
partners, including but not limited to IT, Product management, Marketing,
Merchandising, Call Centers and Operations.
- Good communication skills and demonstrated
experience effectively communicating with senior partners in a high visibility
role.
- Real passion for digital products.
- Working knowledge of Retail Front Store business
and/or Pharmacy business.


Education:
High School diploma or GED required.
Bachelor's degree in related discipline is preferred.
Master's degree is highly preferred.
