As the Director of Business Planning, you will focus on defining the digital road map for accelerating growth in Retail Front Store, overall retail Personalization and MinuteClinic businesses. You will work closely with Retail and Digital business partners to identify short-term and long-term opportunities, build business cases, help gain senior leadership support and track projects from concept to pilot implementation.

Lead business planning for Omnichannel and Minute Clinic digital projects by partnering with project leads and cross-functional teams to identify unmet customer needs, design actionable digital solutions, build business cases and ROI models, and prioritize investments decisions with senior leadership.

Proactively identify new insights using customer research and market analyses to support the Digital Retail Front Store and MinuteClinic vision.

Partner with the Digital Strategy & Business Development group to translate long-range direction into 1-2 year priorities.

Be the central resource that will assist Digital teams with budget planning and interfacing with Finance.

Partner closely with analytic team to establish relevant scorecards, metrics and measurements to support the broad digital front-store strategy.

Track projects to measure value delivered vs. plan, and year-to-go forecasts so as to ensure projects are on track and adjust expectations and forecasts as needed.

Manage 1-2 analysts, with potential for additional over time.

Required Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 8 + years of experience in a strategic/business planning role, OR a MBA and a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a strategic/business planning role.

5 + years of experience with analytical and quantitative skills and experience using data and metrics to substantiate assumptions, drive and present actions and recommendations in order to influence senior leadership.

5 + years of experience in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment,
attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

5 + years working experience within matrix environments and demonstrating the ability to work cross-functionally.

5 + years in building and maintaining effective partnerships and have a passion for digital and ability to be decisive in ambiguous situations.

5 + years of experience in team building and leadership involving direct, indirect, and non-reports.

5+ years of experience synthesizing goals and corporate visions into an actionable strategic plan of attack.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree
Experience with IT/digital product development with consumer-facing digital products in Retail, Healthcare industry.
Experience with financial reporting in for a large enterprise sized organization.
Management consulting experience.
Strategic consulting experience developing and communicating sound business plans (written and oral), specifically high
quality high output power point communication.

Bachelor's Degree, MBA Preferred
