Position Summary:
We have a new rewarding and challenging opportunity on our Business Insights team! As a member of this team you will provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive retail product innovation and pharmacy growth!
Here are some exciting activities you will be involved in:
  • Providing agile ad hoc analysis for the areas of Retail Product, Retail Operations and Enterprise Product Innovation.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and production of business insights; writing SAS and SQL code, pulling and analyzing data, developing slides for an executive-level audience;
  • You will be involved in project development by assessing customer needs, presenting to customers, assessing project resource needs and developing timelines;
  • Client management will also be an essential function of this role and you will be involved in developing collaborative relationships with internal and external customers, coordinating and communicating project activities and engaging customers, as needed, in project decision making;
  • You will communicate project results, including but not limited to, development and dissemination of interim and final reports, abstracts, presentations, posters, and press releases.


Required Qualifications:
The individual we are seeking to add to our dynamic team will have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experience in gathering, synthesizing, and reporting on information derived from various sources. Your strong analytical experience will include working with large amounts of data along with SAS or SQL to solve complex business problems, drive business insights and understand how analytics integrates within the business. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint is also needed. Lastly, your experience will need to include successfully leading cross functional initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of the managed care industry, health and business trends, and key market issues

  • Experience with Teradata

  • Experience in applied statistics

Bachelor's Degree required. Master's degree (MPH, MS, MBA) preferred.
