Position Summary:
CVS Health, a Fortune 7 company, is seeking a Senior Manager of Loyalty Design to help drive the evolution of ExtraCare, one of the world’s largest and most successful loyalty, analytics and marketing programs. The Senior Manager, Loyalty Design will be responsible for loyalty innovation, focusing on Pharmacy & Health Rewards, which rewards ExtraCare members along their path to better health. This person will serve as a subject matter expert for Pharmacy & Health Rewards by leveraging customer and colleague insights, business and revenue models, customer-level testing and analytics, and market and competitive data with the goal of driving incremental customer loyalty, sales and profit. The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams and “quarterback” program design, evolution and development, communicating the broader strategic roadmap to internal and external business partners while owning the detailed roadmaps that will bring each new element to life. This position requires strong organizational, analytical and partnership skills; this work will be done in collaboration with the advanced analytics team, marketing, pharmacy operations, digital development, legal and outside agencies and vendors. This individual will report to the Sr. Director of Loyalty Design with exposure to the VP and SVP levels.

Responsibilities include:

•Develop short and long term roadmaps for loyalty program evolution. Create detailed plans to evolve existing program benefits to deliver best-in-class personalization and relevance for customers while delivering incremental growth for the company.

•Evolve customer experiences within Pharmacy & Health Rewards in order to deliver on the unique needs and motivations of the ExtraCare member.

•Size, scope and prioritize program evolution scenarios; this work includes business case building, creating test plans and path to scale, execution plans and partnership buy-in.

•Manage customer research studies for Pharmacy & Health Rewards in partnership with the customer research team.

•Manage day-to-day program operations including, but not limited to, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, weekly reporting, monthly budgeting, customer service inquiries.

Required Qualifications:
• 7-10 years minimum of related work experience.
• Outstanding strategic thinking and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to vision future state, make data-based decisions and recommendations, and synthesize into actionable strategies and tactical plans.
• Strong ability to prioritize and deliver on multiple concurrent business needs. Flexible approach, can tolerate ambiguity and still operate effectively.
• Proven ability to work across multiple simultaneous projects with high time demands and deliver impactful and mistake-free work product.
• Demonstrated capability to deliver work and provide leadership in a fast-paced, multi-project, team-oriented environment .
A passion for understanding and meeting the needs of the customer.
• Ability to build productive cross functional relationships, impact and influence peers throughout the organization as well as with suppliers and other external partners.
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the health care industry with a deep
understanding of legal and regulatory rules and conditions.
• Prior experience with loyalty program development and/or marketing.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
