Pharmacist/District Leadership
We are looking for individuals with experience in retail pharmacy operations, process improvement, retail leadership, or related field. Skills include ability to identify solution types that are evolutionary and disruptive, develop high performing teams, drive efficient and effective planning processes with strong project management discipline, ability to influence at all levels and strong communication skills, including presentation skills.
Licensed Pharmacists
If you are a licensed pharmacist with experience in retail or clinical pharmacy, patient safety or related field, this is the role for you.
Skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and creative problem-solving skills, ability to identify innovative solutions to obstacles and barriers.
Store Colleagues
Experience in a retail setting, as a pharmacy technician, pharmacy cashier, front store cashier/supervisor or manager with a passion for healthcare, customer service and improving the colleague experience. Skills include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, ability to develop high performing teams and key talent, and strong project management skills.
Strategy/Consulting
Do you have experience as a product owner, business analyst, project manager, consulting, IT or related field? Skills include the ability to identify and define business problems and issues, and develop strategic, analytical and financial frameworks to conduct analysis and/or measure success, the ability to comprehend and assess complex processes and workflows to identify vulnerabilities or areas for improvement.
Analytics
We are looking for individuals with experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Consulting, IT, data analytics with expertise using MS Excel, SQL, Tableau and/or other data analytical tools. Skills include analytical and creative problem-solving, identifying solution types that are evolutionary and disruptive, strong project management skills with the ability to drive efficient and effective planning processes.
Data/Industrial Engineering
Searching for talented individuals with experience in industrial engineering, workforce planning or another related field.
Skills include analytical and creative problem-solving, ability to develop data-driven, evolutionary, and disruptive solution types, strong project management skills, effective verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
