Corporate Internship Jobs

What will I be doing?

You will work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks in a supportive learning environment. Your project work will be both independent and as part of team, and will deliver impact against department goals and objectives.


Program components include:

  • Real-time projects and initiatives that contribute to your department’s performance
  • Structured orientation and overall program plan
  • Feedback and career development discussions with your leader
  • Interactions with other leaders in the organization; including executive leaders Networking opportunities with other current and former interns now in permanent roles within the organization
  • exposure to the organization as a whole, outside of your particular business unit
  • Competitive compensation including hourly rate; additional potential stipend may be available for select candidates based on individual relocation and housing needs


Who is eligible for the Internship Program?

Students eligible for the Corporate Internship Program must meet the following criteria:

  • Candidates for undergraduate internships must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at a four-year college or university and be in between junior and senior year; candidates for MBA and other Graduate level internships must be enrolled in an Master’s degree program and be in between first and second year
  • Current overall GPA of 3.0 or higher (for Undergraduate candidates)
  • Study in a program applicable to the internships available
  • Available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the program (10 weeks)
  • Submit completed application by the deadline


Timeline:

  • Positions are posted and available to apply starting in December
  • Selection process – January through March*
  • Program Dates – June through mid August

*Our selection process may include HireVue, our digital interview platform. After you submit your application you could be sent an initial video interview where we will ask you a few questions regarding your interest in our internship program, experience in school, and career goals.
