Yes. We believe relevant and practical on-the-job experience is transferable. CVS Health generally has a 1:1 swap approach, meaning for every 1 year of education required, 1 year of relevant experience can be substituted. Relevant experience in this case does not replace any years of experience that may also be required for a role. In addition, certain educational degrees or certifications must continue to be minimum job requirements for certain roles in our organization.

You can search for open jobs by keyword, location and job category located at the top of every page on this site.
To apply, you’ll need to create a profile or log in as a return user. Once you find a position you’d like to apply for, click the apply button to begin the application process.
All active job postings appear on our career site. If a job does not appear on the site, it was likely taken down or it is not available to external applicants. Please search for other jobs on career site and/or refer back to the friend/family member that referred you.
Log in via the CVS Health Workday Candidate Portal, click on “Candidate Home” and then “My Applications” to view the latest status of your application.
Candidates will receive an email asking them to review their offer via Candidate Home in the Workday Candidate Portal. Job offers will not be included in a chat or email directly.
Applications are reviewed and processed based on candidate information provided compared to position requirements and qualifications. Please visit the job search section of the site to explore other opportunities that may be of interest.
