Identity and Access Management Engineer

Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineers help secure CVS Healthcare information resources by developing, maintaining, and regulating controls and governance capabilities for IAM. As an IAM Engineer, you will collaborate with many different teams and stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure that only authorized users can access only the resources, applications, or systems that they need to do their jobs as authorized by management. You will be focused on enabling the business while managing risk. You will prioritize the colleague’s experience. A Security Risk Management Advisor will identify, assess, and manage potential risks to the organization assets, reputation, and business operations. They collaborate to develop plans, maintain knowledge of current technology, security threats, regulations, and industry practice, and communicate effectively to various groups within the organization on how to manage risk.

Cloud Security Engineer

A Cloud Security Engineer is responsible for ensuring the security of our cloud-based systems, infrastructure, and data. They gain collaboration and communication skills through working with various high-paced teams to design, implement, and maintain secure cloud-based solutions that meet business needs and regulatory requirements. The Cloud Security Engineer should have a deep understanding of cloud security best practices, cloud architecture, and cloud-based security tools and technologies. Based on their findings, they develop and implement security policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard the organization’s cloud-based systems and data.

Security Operations Center Analyst

A Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst is responsible for monitoring and analyzing an organization’s security systems to detect and respond to potential security incidents. They advance their critical thinking, analytical, and incident response skills through identifying and mitigating security threats and vulnerabilities in a timely manner, then effectively escalating, as necessary. They also keep up to date with the latest security threats and trends, developing a life-long learning mindset in the process. The SOC Analysts mission is to advance our organization’s security posture each day, always prioritizing the protection of our employee and customer data.

Controls Assurance

A Controls Assurance Professional ensures our organization’s security controls and processes are working through verifying security policies, procedures, and controls. Controls Assurance Professionals collaborate with different teams to identify areas where improvements are needed. They leverage knowledge of security frameworks and regulations, as well as risk management and auditing. If they find problems, they suggest ways to fix them and make sure the fixes are done within agreed upon timelines. Controls Assurance Professionals are champions of our organization’s security controls and processes, ensuring we always act with integrity and maintain compliance with industry standards.
