    The Diversity Leadership Team's (DLT) Purpose Statement

    The purpose of these teams are to collaborate to build and leverage a diverse workforce that achieves superior business results.

    Our Strategic Diversity Management's mission statement is to educate, equip and empower colleagues to effectively navigate differences and similarities, driving growth and innovation in the workplace. By engaging the skills, talents and perspectives of each individual, we can better serve our communities and fulfill our purpose.
