IT Leadership Development Program
Our program accelerates your professional development with the goal of providing you with the skills necessary to be a leader in our IT functional areas. You will develop the skills and competencies needed to help shape our company’s technological future.
What to expect:
- A 2-year rotational program consisting of four 6-month assignments
- Specialized training sessions to improve your skills in data visualization, digital transformation, public speaking, and more
- You will gain experience in functional areas such as cyber security, digital transformation, enterprise architecture, technology delivery, and IT strategy
Recruitment for Cohort ’26 will take place in September/October of 2023.
IT Internship Program
Through our full-time paid summer (June – August) internship program, we offer the chance for you to make your mark with challenging opportunities for you to learn and grow professionally. In your internship experience, you’ll be immersed in a culture of continuous improvement, with the goal of changing health care for the better. Our internships offer you the opportunity to be involved in key projects, service activities, professional development workshops, as well as mentorship and networking.
