National Career Day 2021 – September 24, 2021
The goal of the CVS National Career Day 2021 is to inspire job seekers to apply for open jobs or refer their friends and family to apply for a job at CVS Health on our career site or through our “text CVS to 25000” option.
Most of the new roles are for full-time, part-time and temporary licensed pharmacists, trained pharmacy technicians and nurses at CVS Pharmacy and MinuteClinic locations and will be filled as soon as possible, helping increase support for patients and fellow pharmacy professionals. Additional roles that are part of the company’s recruiting efforts include retail store associates.
Candidates can apply for these open positions at the CVS Health Career Website or using our mobile apply feature by texting “CVS” to 25000 to learn about jobs in their local area and to enter a streamlined digital process that facilitates an online application, virtual job tryout and immediate hiring. There will be no on-site applications or interviews as the entire process is virtual.
Store Signage Guidance
Before the event:
- Each store will be receiving two 12 x 18 window signs from the CVS Health print center. Estimated delivery of these signs is Tuesday, 9/21. Hang these signs in drive through window and at your store entrance.
- Identify a dedicated space for a day of event table near the front of store. Locate your store table and tablecloth! Don’t forget to check to make sure the tablecloth ironed. Make sure your table is set up the night before to catch early bird customers!
- Each store will received two tabletop signs with the application process and virtual job tryout details. Estimated delivery of these signs is also Tuesday, 9/21.
- If you would like to have a printed flyers for job seeker to take with them, use print ready files (link to come). Use black and white version if printing in store on black and white printer or COLOR version if printing at your local print shop.
- Take your splash table to the next level! Order a balloon bundle from a local balloon retailer!
- Help us share the news! Encourage and motivate your teams to share National Career Day on social media using the easy to share links below.
- Remind your teams to review the CVS Health Enterprise Social Media Policy and Guidelines before sharing content.
