Individuals with Disabilities

Break down barriers one by one

We make it a priority to help individuals with disabilities find meaningful work – and it all starts by building purpose-driven teams. Through initiatives like our CapAbilities Colleague Resource Group, we’re able to learn from each other and inspire others.

“The people within this organization don’t see a disability as an obstacle. Rather it’s seen as an asset just like your other skills and experiences.”

Jeff R.
Senior Accessibility Quality Engineering Lead

Neurodivergence

Our commitment to neurodivergent colleagues is critical as we strive to support individuals with disabilities in our workforce. To foster a culture where colleagues can bring their authentic selves to work, we’re piloting a neurodivergent hiring experience using a skill-based, altered interview that allows candidates who identify as neurodiverse to demonstrate their unique strengths. The goal of the program is to have an equitable and accessible hiring experience where recognition and support of neurodivergence is a key component of the hiring process – enabling neurodiverse candidates to perform at their best.
