As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will support our PBM Innovation team, in partnership with our lead recruiter, by assisting with the development and execution of a comprehensive recruitment strategy. This role will allow you to develop strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues in order to deliver high quality, proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health. This role will have a diverse set of responsibilities in support of all aspects of the hiring process.
These responsibilities include:
1. Reviewing applicants, conducting phone and digital screens, presenting candidates for interviews, and, at times, managing the offer process and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frame.
2. Actively source passive candidates through a variety of methods to ensure an adequate pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates.
3. Providing an excellent candidate and client experience by supporting activities such as interview scheduling, candidate status follow-up, and new hire onboarding.
4. Supporting data integrity management through updating statuses in our Applicant Tracking System (Kenexa Brassring) and maintenance of established candidate tracking reports
In this role, your organization, time management, negotiation, and communication skills will be critical to your success. You must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality as you will have visibility to sensitive business information. Additionally, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you must be able to quickly grasp knowledge of the business and the position and be able to communicate effectively to various stakeholders to drive talent to the organization. You must also be able to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to change in an effective manner.
This role is located in Scottsdale, AZ facility but has ability to work from home a few days a week.
Required Qualifications2 years of recruiting related experience. 1+ years of advanced Excel (including pivot tabels and formulas), Outlook, and Word. Must also have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of recruiting experience. Experience with Kenexa Brassring.EducationHS Diploma or Equivalent required.
