Yes. We believe relevant and practical on-the-job experience is transferable. CVS Health generally has a 1:1 swap approach, meaning for every 1 year of education required, 1 year of relevant experience can be substituted. Relevant experience in this case does not replace any years of experience that may also be required for a role. In addition, certain educational degrees or certifications must continue to be minimum job requirements for certain roles in our organization.

All active job postings appear on our career site. If a job does not appear on the site, it was likely taken down or it is not available to external applicants. Please search for other jobs on career site and/or refer back to the friend/family member that referred you.

While CVS Health does offer limited remote opportunities, many of our positions have returned to on-site operations and will be identified as such in the posting.

The Virtual Job Tryout (VJT) is a step in our interview process. CVS Health screens over a million job applicants a year. To be fair and objective in making hiring decisions we consider experience, job related skills, and interview performance. With many of our high-volume roles, we evaluate applicants by having them complete the Virtual Job Tryout (VJT).

You will receive email to log into your Candidate Home profile when offer is ready for you to review.

Onboarding

Login to your Workday account using the username and password created during the initial application process. On your homepage, click “Go to All Inbox Items” and navigate to “Actions.” Complete t your onboarding paperwork which includes Section 1 of your I-9.

New hires are unable to upload their own documents. During this phase of the process, the hiring leader or delegate verifier will be required to upload the document(s).

I-9 completion depends on your work location:

  • If you are a “Full-Time Work from Home” Colleague – your Hiring Manager or their delegate would complete your I-9 virtually via TEAMs video conference.
  • If you are a “Hybrid” Colleague, your Hiring Manager or their delegate would complete your I-9 in-person.

If you are a “Full-Time Office” Colleague, your Hiring Manager or their delegate would complete your I-9 in-person.

Please reach out to your Hiring Manager’s leader and they can submit a reassignment for approval via Colleague Zone.

  • Enter the Request Type: “Reassign I-9”
  • Enter Additional details
  • On the right-hand side of the page, click Submit

(First/middle/Last name, Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Email address, phone Number, Citizenship, Alien Registration/USCIS Number, Form I-94 admission Number or Foreign Passport Number)

  • If the Section 2 verifier identifies any incorrect information DO NOT PROCEED with completing Section – The verifier must click “Send Back” and add a “Reason” as to why it is being sent back. i.e., Please correct your information in Section 1 of your I-9. Click “Submit.”
  • You will need to login to Workday, click on Complete Form I9: <NAME> and update your information. Once updated, click “Submit.”
  • Upon submitting, your verifier will have the Section 2 back in their inbox to complete.

No action is needed from the Candidate.
– E-Verify may request information confirmation from the verifier. First Name, Last Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, etc., is considered Unconfirmed Data.
– The verifier must review the information that may be incorrect and compare it to the document(s) provided.
*If the information is correct, click “Approve.”
*If the information is not correct, scroll down, make the corrections, and resubmit; or click Send Back to send Section 1 to the Colleague to make the necessary updates.
– The verifier will be required to resubmit Section 2 if Section 1 had to be updated.
