Job DescriptionAt CVS Health, we’re reinventing our front store and pharmacy to be the front door to healthcare. For millions of Americans, that journey begins with one of our 9,700 retail stores, and we want to make sure our stores are ready to help each of our customers take the right first or next step in his or her healthcare journey. As part we’re reinventing our retail formats to be relevant to the communities they serve i.e. Hispanic, Value, Wellness, etc. You’ll also partner closely with our field operations leaders to help in responding to local market dynamics where necessary. To help us achieve this goal we are looking for innovative marketing leaders who think big and push boundaries to drive results by leading a team in developing locally relevant, scalable marketing strategies to re-engage consumers with these new, relevant store formats.
What you’ll do:
You will lead a team in the development of marketing solutions in driving new customers and re-engaging existing customers in these new store formats, across media channels including traditional, digital and emerging, engaging consumers in the most relevant manner to them resulting in awareness, trial, and repeat usage of the re-imagined store in their local community. Partnering closely with senior leaders in our retail corporate teams and field operations teams you will help deliver plans through the development of insight based, breakthrough marketing ideas and programs. We’re looking for a leader who also has a proven track record in testing and validating emerging marketing ideas and leading a broad team. Required Qualifications8 or greater years of marketing experience with a strong foundation of business, retailer, and consumer understanding.
6 or greater years cross-functional leadership experience.
4 or greater years of retail marketing or retail agency/strategy experience.
2 or greater years of regional or localized marketing experience a plus.Preferred QualificationsProven track record of the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external business partners in delivery ROI positive results.
Intellectual curiosity and rigorous analytical experience and a strong familiarity with the digital environment
Self-motivated,high capacity individual who can function and win in a demanding, performance-driven environment.
Excellent communication skills that can be effectively articulated in both written and oral forms across a diverse audience base.
Creative problem solver who can incorporate new learnings into existing plans and act decisively and independently.
