The Senior Manager of Personalization’s key responsibilities will center on managing/enhancing our product roadmap, collecting and prioritizing requirements, analyzing market trends and prioritizing business opportunities. In this role, you will have high level exposure and need excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver insights to key partners and team members, including executives. You will collaborate with the ExtraCare business team among many internal teams, including but not limited to solutions architects, strategists, analysts, vendors and creative directors, to effectively execute the project(s). To be successful in this role, you need a strong technical ability, excellent product management skills, and experience translating business objectives to product requirements.



Your responsibilities will include:

Drive the definition, development and deployment of capabilities that significantly improve the consumer experience and address CVS’s strategic and financial objectives (including CRM and other personalization platforms).

Conduct product and competitive research and analysis to keep abreast of what is possible to advance business objectives.

Work closely with our ExtraCare team and other key business partners to collect requirements, understand and help identify business value, understand required capabilities, and translate these to technical product requirements.

Partner with project teams, vendors, IT, analytics, systems specialists and other technical resources in this hands-on role driving products from inception to production implementation.

Support usability testing for roadmap initiatives in the Test phase to ensure key business objectives are met.

Act as point of contact for production support, managing communication and status with key business stakeholders.

Manage usability and consumer research initiatives for key roadmap and innovation projects working cross-functionally with key stakeholders.

Managing and identifying risks, mitigation plans, and executive updates.

Partner with our IT PMO and development teams through requirements, development, testing and deployment.

Work closely with our analytics group to define KPIs & metrics to monitor both the customer experience as well as the business value.


Required Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of experience in product development/management within a digital setting (ideally using agile development methods) OR MBA plus minimum 2-3 years post grad relevant experience (strategy consulting at top-tier firm or client facing system integration)

Minimum 6 years of experience taking on end-to-end product ownership and successfully delivering results in a dynamic and complex environment OR MBA plus minimum 2-3 years post grad relevant experience (strategy consulting at top-tier firm or client facing system integration)

Minimum 6 years in project management including managing multiple projects in various phases, and balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution tasks OR MBA plus minimum 2-3 years post grad relevant experience (strategy consulting at top-tier firm or client facing system integration)

Minimum 8 years of experience using quantitative skills with the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives while using hard data and metrics to substantiate assumptions and recommendations


Preferred Qualifications
CRM, ESP, marketing cloud, or other personalization technology experience

Technically savvy, with a focus on continually improving customer experience and proven ability to multitask, effectively manage and adapt to evolving priorities

Tenacity and high energy levels

Exceptional people leadership skills, strong work ethic, dedication, and desire to succeed, in addition to strong initiative and resourcefulness

Experience with implementing new workflows and managing through business process change

Experience implementing large back-end platforms/systems which connect to legacy environments



Education
Bachelor's degree required; Masters of Business Administration preferred
