The Senior Consultant of the Specialty Service
Excellence Innovation team is a vital contributor to the operations of the
Specialty division and broader PBM business. Specifically, this role
will facilitate root cause analysis, solution
ideation, design, and testing focused on technology solutions. You will have
the opportunity to use your analytical skills and logic to analyze the evolving
business needs, solve business challenges, and present recommendations to
senior leadership all in an effort to drive new operational initiatives, which
will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company. These processes support both the Process Innovation team and Specialty
Operations organizations in achieving its short and long term strategic goals
by optimizing investments in key resources .

As a Senior Consultant on the team, you will also:
Plan, design, and manage
the execution of pilot programs that promote operational efficiencies and
process improvements Perform root cause
investigation, problem solve, articulate conclusions, create business
cases with strong financial data and present recommendations to the
leadership team Engage cross-functionally
across the organization to design solutions, develop test and
implementation plans, drive results, and resolve issues encountered by the
team; including using your ability to assess, track, measure and
course-correct as necessary Prepare material and
presentations for the business in a way that adds value, is easily
understood by others who may not have the same background or expertise,
and improves the operational efficiency of the business · Communicate and influence at all levels of the
· Develop detailed business requirements to support technology

The successful candidate
will possess a proven track record of constructing and executing complex
analyses to meet business case requirements. This will require someone with
superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic, and problem solving
skills, including the highest level of attention to detail and the ability to
manage multiple projects and priorities at once. The environment will be, at
times, fast-paced, ambiguous and uncertain. The ideal candidate will have
demonstrated success dealing with this type of fast-paced environment, with the
ability to learn on the job while understanding and solving new problems. It

Required Qualifications
5+ years of consulting or
related high level analytical experience in a pharmacy/technology and/or
production/operations environment with experience in
building complex business models

5+ years of demonstrated
experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software,
including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and
PowerPoint Knowledge of Specialty
business and practice with proven ability to understand and translate
strategy into operational decisions. Must
have the ability and flexibility to travel

Preferred Qualifications
